Ada Felice-Rošić had to pause her architectural studies at the Visoka tehnička škola (Technical Faculty) in Zagreb, Croatia, which she had started in 1942, to join the resistance (partisan) movement during the Second World War. She was nevertheless able to return to her studies after the war, obtaining a degree in architecture in 1949. After her graduation, Felice-Rošić was send back to her hometown, Rijeka, where she started working at the Građevno Projektni Zavod (Institute for Construction and Design). There she was often working in collaboration with Nada Šilović. Ada Felice-Rošić played an important role in the rebuilding of the city that was struggling to recover from the war damage.
In 1958, Felice-Rošić transferred to the local construction company Primorje, where she became the director of the project office, a position she held for many years. After leaving Primorje in 1975, Felice-Rošić worked as a građevinski inspektor (construction inspector) in Rijeka. She retired several years later, and died in 2013 in Rijeka.
One of the well-known projects of Ada Felice-Rošić is the Commercial and Textile School in Rijeka (Trgovačka i Tekstilna Škola). It was the only secondary school built in Rijeka after the Second World War. Another important project designed by her, was the department store Korzo, the very first modern shopping mall in the city, which opened in the 1970s. Felice-Rošić also designed residential high-rise buildings on Kozala hill, which shaped the skyline of Rijeka significantly.
