Short Biography and Work

Born in Wittenberg (Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany), Pukhova graduated from Kyiv Institute of Engineering and Construction in 1971. She was the head of the engineering construction team that participated in the design of the Republican Scientific-Methodological Center of the Protection of Mother and Child Health in Kyiv. For this work, Pukhova (together with architects Dmitro Popenko and Leonid Los) was awarded Shevchenko prize in 1985.
