Biography and Work

Graduating in architecture around 1970, Lyudmila Gofman proceeded to work in Chişinău, often collaborating with V. Zakharov and Gennady Zhinkin. The three they developed modernist decorative functional facades including those of the Fashion House (1970s) and of Timpul Publishing House (1980). The group also design many medical buildings, including those of the Traumatological Hospital, the Children Hospital, and Children Medical Center.
