Aladova was born in Minsk in 1934. She graduated from Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1958 with the first cohort of its architecture graduates. After a brief period at Dziprasel’bud institute, she moved to Beldzyarzhpraekt, where she remained between 1959 and 1969, rising from regular architect to the head of design unit. Her work at the institute focused on buildings for Minsk and Minsk region, including the institute of the protection of plants in Priluki, Minsk district (1960), the expansion of the main building of Belarusian Academy of Sciences (1965), the interiors of the Lenin Library in Minsk (1965), the main building of Krynitsa sanatorium in Minsk region (1966), the Central Children Sports Center in Minsk (1968).
In 1969, she started the doctoral program of the Institute of Construction and Architecture under the Ministry of Construction of Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic, defending her dissertation in 1972. Since 1971, she taught at the chair of interior design of Belarusian State Institute of Theater and the Arts, where she moved from lecturer to professor. She authored several books and multiple articles. Aladova was a member of Belarusian Academy of Architecture and was awarded the title “distinguished furniture designer of Belarus” in 2008.
Aladova was married to architect Valmen Aladov, with whom she had two sons, one of whom became an artist.
