Between 1949 and 1966, Eligulashvili worked at the institute Oblprojekt (District Design) in Kyiv, where she became chief project architect. In 1955, she became a member of the Union of Architects of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1966, she moved to Dipromisto institute, also in Kyiv, and in 1969, to KyivNDIPmistobuduvannya (see Ukrmiskbudproekt).

Among Eligulashvili’s projects are the planning of settlements in Bucha (1952) and Worzel (1962) and Yuzhne (1974), as well as for the planning of the central square in Pereiaslav (1954), all in Ukraine. In Kyiv, she was responsible, among other projects, for the interior design of the library of the communist party (1953, with Lydia Semenyuk), Kyiv district medical center (1974-75, with Semenyuk) and several housing projects, as well as the metro station Universitet (1960, with Olga Lozinska and Semenyuk), today a listed monument of architecture.

Eligulashvili’s daughter Maria Reiter (b. 1951) became an artist and architect.
