Between 1972 and 1978 she headed a group at the Workshop of Urbanism at Kirgizgiprostroi institute. Since 1980 has been a lead architect at Kyrgizstan State Construction Office (Gosstroi Kirgizskoi SSR).

In 1971-75 worked in Kirgizgiprostroi institute on the design of residential and public bulidings. Since 1975 has taught at Frunze Construction College, where she is currently (2014) the head of the Cabinet of Architecture.
