Yauheniya Ahranovich-Palamarova (nee Ahranovich) was born in Kharkiv in 1936. She graduated from Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1959 with the second cohort of its architecture graduates, proceeding to work at Beldzyarzhpraekt, where she became a senior architect by 1962. At Beldzyarzhpraekt, Ahranovich-Palamarova worked on typified projects of public buildings and on the decoration of facades and interior design of residential buildings series 1-464 and 1-335.
Between 1962 and 1965 she was enrolled into the doctoral program of both Belarusian Polytechnic Institute and of the Czeque Technical University in Prague defending her dissertation in 1965. Between 1965 and her retirement in 2007, Ahranovich-Palamarova taught at Belarusian Polytechnic Institute. In 1988, Ahranovich-Palamarova received her secondary doctorate degree, becoming a professor in 1990. She taught courses on interior design, color theory, and environmental approach to design [sredovoy podkhod]. In 1990, she was a visiting professor at Tishreen University, Latakia, Syria, and in 1994 a visiting professor at Bialystok University of Technology in Poland. She became an academician of Belarusian Academy of Architecture in 1996. In 2000, Ahranovich-Palamarova (a part of a team that also included Iryna Ioda) was awarded the State Prize of Belarus for a study of the formation of Belarusian school of science, conducted in 1995-1998.
Panamarova was also the mother of four children.
